I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms provided stunning ocean views and were beautifully appointed and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were very damp and uncomfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Roberto going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel was not of comparative value, far from the main pool, with damp, smelly rooms and broken air conditioning, making it too dark and uncomfortable due to the humidity during the day and night. On the positive side, the service staff were very nice and the location was convenient for Patong nightlife.
